What we collect when you use adik4d

We collect information in three categories: account setup, transaction, and device. At account setup, we collect your real name, email address, phone number, and a secure password. We also collect your date of birth (to verify you meet age requirements) and your preferred language. During KYC verification, we collect copies of your national ID (KTP or passport), proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding your ID with today's date.

During transactions, we collect information about your deposits and withdrawals: the payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), the amount, the timestamp, and the reference ID from your bank or mobile wallet. We also log all your game activity: which tournaments you enter, your stakes, your results, leaderboard positions, and prize payouts. This transaction data is retained for seven years as required by Indonesia's financial regulations.

When you access adik4d, we collect your device information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate geographic location based on IP. We also place cookies in your browser to remember your login session and user preferences (such as language and game volume settings). We do not track you across other websites or apps—our cookies are restricted to adik4d.app only.

How we use your data on adik4d

We use your personal information for six primary purposes. First, we verify your identity and age using your national ID and selfie, ensuring compliance with anti-fraud and anti-minor regulations. Third-party data sharing on adik4d

We do not embed tracking pixels, beacons, or third-party analytics from Google Analytics, Facebook, or other platforms. We do not track your behavior across other websites. We log basic analytics internally (how many users accessed the Aviator game, which payment methods are most popular) to improve our service, but this data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

Jurisdiction and contact on adik4d

Our data servers are located in multiple geographic locations including Southeast Asia and Europe. This means your data may be processed or stored outside Indonesia. By using adik4d, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in these locations. We maintain the same level of encryption and security regardless of server location.

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where adik4d operates legally. If there is a conflict between this policy and local law, local law takes precedence. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law, and we implement geographic restrictions based on IP address and account registration location.
